Telecalling Executive

About the Role

Aviral Technologies Private Limited is seeking a lively, confident, and goal-oriented Telecalling Executive to enhance our team. The selected individual will serve as the main contact point for both prospective and current customers through outbound calls, responding to their questions, and advocating our range of products and services.

Key Duties

• Organize and conduct follow-up calls promptly to engage potential clients and maintain enduring relationships.
• Consistently achieve and surpass targets related to the number of calls made, leads generated, and conversions on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
• Accumulate and relay customer feedback as well as market trends to contribute to product and service enhancements.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Strong verbal communication, attentive listening, and persuasive negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in using computers and MS Office applications.
• Demonstrates patience, resilience, and a results-driven attitude with professionalism in handling rejection.
