Key Responsibilities

• Initiate calls to potential and existing customers, presenting and explaining products and services effectively.
• Address customer inquiries by providing accurate and clear information.
• Perform consistent follow-ups with customers to ensure engagement and support.
• Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor during all communications.
• Keep detailed records of daily calls and follow-up activities for monitoring purposes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Fluency in both Hindi and English is essential.
• Strong communication capabilities coupled with persuasive skills.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations is desirable.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is advantageous.
• Applicants must be responsible, self-assured, and committed to full-time work hours.

Working Conditions and Details

• Employment status: Full-time position.
• Work hours: From 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Physical location: Dumdum, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
• Monthly compensation: INR 8,000 to 10,000.
