Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller to join Coimbatore Balaji Transport Co. (CBTC) at our Palamakole, Shamshabad location in Hyderabad. This is a full-time opportunity with gender inclusivity (both male and female candidates welcome). The monthly remuneration ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 depending on experience and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular phone calls to existing and prospective clients.
- Provide clear explanations of company services during calls.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of calls and follow-ups.
- Coordinate effectively with the operations team as necessary.
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Demonstrate consistent communication skills and workplace discipline.
Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with computers.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Responsibility, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
- Open to freshers seeking employment.
Working Hours & Leave
- Male employees: 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
- Female employees: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Four paid leaves per month.

Ideal applicants will be disciplined, responsible, hardworking, and comfortable with consistently performing customer calls and follow-ups.
Compensation
Salary will be determined based on candidate's experience, communication capabilities, and interview results.
