Telecaller & Dealer Process Coordinator

Job Overview

Delfoy Motors Private Limited seeks a motivated and communicative Telecaller & Dealer Process Coordinator to join their Electric Vehicle (EV) Bike team. The role involves engaging potential dealers, describing dealership programs, handling orders, and facilitating seamless dealer communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential dealers to present EV bike dealership offerings.
• Follow up with interested dealers to guide them through onboarding procedures.
• Collaborate with dealers concerning product availability, pricing, and required documentation.
• Accurately receive and process dealer orders.
• Maintain updated dealer records within CRM or databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and shipment logistics.
• Address dealer inquiries and provide prompt assistance.
• Generate daily reports detailing calls and follow-up progress.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Graduate or completion of 12th grade.
• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.
• Capacity to establish and nurture strong dealer relationships.
• Good organizational skills and attention to follow-up tasks.
• Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position offering a fixed monthly salary from 15,000 to 25,000 INR plus performance-based incentives. Candidates will be integral to supporting dealers and ensuring smooth operational workflows within the EV bike dealership program.
