Width Capital Services is seeking a dedicated Telecaller based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, to engage with prospective customers regarding loan products. This role involves direct telephonic communication to inform, qualify, and assist clients in the loan acquisition process while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Make between 200 to 250 calls daily to prospective customers from a provided contact list.
• Articulate loan products clearly, highlighting their advantages to potential borrowers.
• Conduct eligibility assessments by asking straightforward qualifying questions.
• Assist customers in gathering and submitting required documentation such as identity proofs and income statements.
• Achieve daily call volume targets and monthly sales goals related to loan sign-ups.
• Accurately input all customer interactions and relevant information into the Management Information System (MIS) reports.
