Role & Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to international prospects interested in wellness services, sourced via Meta Ads, Google Ads, the company website, and partner references.
• Engage with guests to understand their health issues and wellness objectives thoroughly.
• Describe BookMyVeda's service offerings and suggest appropriate Ayurveda and wellness packages aligned to guest needs.
• Establish trust and promptly address client questions about treatments, resorts, medical professionals, pricing structures, and travel details.
• Persistently follow up with leads until bookings are finalized.
• Turn inquiries into confirmed reservations.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all guest communications within the CRM system.
• Collaborate effectively with operations and wellness teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Achieve daily outreach goals, consistent follow-ups, and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver an exceptional, premium customer experience throughout the sales process.
