Role Overview

As the Telco Sales Coordinator, your core mission will be to collaborate closely with the Store Management Team to reach store-wide objectives, nurturing a high-performance culture and delivering outstanding customer service, particularly focusing on the Communications department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving sales and profitability targets by providing continuous training, coaching, support, and feedback to the Communications Team, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Taking charge of maintaining and elevating merchandising standards within the Communications department.
• Ensuring all activities within the Communications Department comply with relevant legislative standards and safety protocols, including proper process adherence and incident reporting within the store.

Candidate Requirements

• Enthusiasm for working in a casual, lively environment paired with proven retail experience and a wide understanding of telecommunications.
• Demonstrated skills in customer service, handling cash transactions, and proficiency in electronic POS and EFTPOS systems, alongside the ability to sell retail merchandise effectively.
• The capability to operate independently and collaboratively as part of a unified sales team, thriving under pressure.
