Role Overview

The Technical Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing polite, clear, and timely technical assistance through Live Chat and Ticketing platforms (note: no phone support). The role operates on a 24/7 rotating schedule, including day, night, and 12-hour weekend shifts, with rest days scheduled between shifts.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Familiarity with Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems as well as internet protocols and domain registration systems.
• Prior hands-on experience working with WordPress.
• Strong teamwork and cooperative attitude.
• Self-awareness to maintain a clean shared workspace.
• Background in technical support roles.
