Job Overview
Deepija Telecom Pvt Ltd is looking for a Technical Support Executive based in Raipur, Chattisgarh, India, to deliver comprehensive support for Windows and Linux operating systems through multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance to customers through phone, email, and chat regarding Windows and Linux OS issues.
- Investigate and fix hardware and software problems on both Windows and Linux platforms.
- Support customers with installation, configuration, and upgrading of software.
- Precisely document customer concerns, queries, and solutions provided for records.
- Work closely with development and system administration teams to escalate and solve complex technical challenges.
- Stay updated with evolving knowledge in Windows and Linux systems to improve customer support.
- Develop and update technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base resources for customer use.
- Offer training and guidance to customers on best practices and effective troubleshooting methods for Windows and Linux environments.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging between INR 15,000 to 20,000.
