Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a Technical Recruiter to handle the complete talent acquisition lifecycle for our Engineering and Product teams. This role acts as a strategic collaborator with leadership, managing intricate negotiations and assembling exceptional teams pivotal to our mission. You will ensure a seamless, personalized candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage candidates through every recruitment stage, from first engagement to offer finalization.
• Create and apply innovative sourcing methods to build a robust pipeline of top technical talent.
• Collaborate closely with recruiting colleagues, hiring managers, and stakeholders to precisely fulfill hiring needs.
• Drive diversity and inclusion by recruiting a broad range of candidates.
• Continuously enhance hiring speed, efficiency, recruiter productivity, and candidate experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Over 5 years recruiting software engineering and product roles at multiple seniority levels, including leadership.
• Proven ability to use creative sourcing and personalized engagement to attract passive high-caliber candidates.
• Strong communication skills fostering effective partnerships throughout all organization levels.
• History of delivering meaningful, authentic, high-touch experiences to both candidates and hiring managers.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated high performance in recruiting metrics.

Additional Information

Compensation: $150,000 to $200,000 annually.
