Role Overview

The position involves designing and deploying artificial intelligence solutions aimed at automating HR recruitment, sales activities, procurement operations, accounting processes, and overall operational efficiency within steel manufacturing facilities. Key focus areas include AI voice agents, interview bots, chatbots, and analytic tools integrated with enterprise systems to boost productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI models such as voice agents and chatbots that automate recruitment interviews, vendor evaluation, and sales support, achieving 30-50% reduction in manual efforts and smooth business system integration.
• Automate workflows across procurement, sales, accounting, and HR, resulting in improved SAP master data integrity, accelerated hiring timelines, and data-driven vendor selection.
• Collaborate with HR, procurement, and IT to identify AI deployment possibilities, prototype solutions, and advance digital transformation, leading to scalable AI tools cutting operational expenses by 15-20% and enhancing process adherence.
• Train, test, and monitor AI models for predictive analytics in HR functions, sales forecasting, and risk evaluations, ensuring over 95% accuracy and delivering actionable organizational insights.
• Maintain project documentation and codebases in GitHub, and provide quarterly impact reports demonstrating ROI and improvements, facilitating audit readiness and knowledge sharing.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in AI/ML development focused on business process automation.
• Proficiency in Python programming, deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, natural language processing for chatbots and voice agents, plus API integration expertise.
• Practical experience working with AI data processing tools and cloud environments such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities alongside a successful track record of deploying AI in production settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science; an MBA specializing in Business Analytics is advantageous.
• Experience developing iOS applications, Streamlit-based apps, or agentic AI solutions.
• A portfolio showcasing AI-driven automation projects.
