About the Role

As a Team Member Plus, your job is designed for those who love variety and enjoy contributing to multiple aspects of resort operations. You'll work in various departments, ensuring that every guest has a memorable stay thanks to your flexibility and positive attitude. Flexibility is central here, as your schedule and tasks will change throughout the week.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide support across several departments, including cleaning guest accommodations at the start and end of the week.
• Participate in diverse activities such as sports and leisure programs, restaurant service, buffet and quick-service food outlets, bars, shops, and the fairground.
• Adapt to potentially working in different operational areas in a single shift or week.

Training & Apprenticeships

Interested candidates have the option to enroll in apprenticeship programs related to food & beverage, frontline cleaning, or retail. These on-the-job training opportunities support skill development and career progression within hospitality.

About You

• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and willing to take on various tasks as needed.
• Open to learning new things and collaborating with teammates from different departments.
• Previous experience isn’t required; attitude and a desire to help guests are most important.
• Special consideration if you hold relevant certifications such as FA Level 1 Football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or a personal licence qualification.

Onboarding & Culture

• Receive a comprehensive induction plan over the first 90 days, as well as a dedicated buddy to help guide your integration into the team.

Role Details

• Full-time position, 30-35 hours each week across 5 days, which will include evenings and weekends.
• Live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area.
• This opportunity is open only to candidates aged 18 or over.
