Role Summary

The Team Leader Warehouse position, reporting to the Logistics Manager at Equator Bottlers Limited, involves managing the day-to-day warehouse operations. This encompasses overseeing receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and dispatch activities. The role demands ensuring efficient, safe, and precise handling of products and materials while adhering to established operational and health and safety standards along with inventory management policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient operation.
• Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch procedures to maintain accuracy and timeliness.
• Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations within warehouse environments.
• Implement inventory control measures to prevent stock discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and company policies concerning warehouse governance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a related logistics field.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse operational standards.
• Familiarity with health and safety protocols applicable in warehouse settings.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage team operations effectively.

Eligibility

Applicants must be eligible to work in Kenya and preferably possess relevant experience in warehouse or logistics leadership roles.
