Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader based in Tiptree to oversee the daily operations of a retail department. This full-time, permanent role requires working afternoon shifts totaling 36 hours weekly, with a competitive pay rate of A314.10 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team by example, supporting colleagues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your tasks include managing inventory, assisting new team members, resolving operational issues efficiently, and collaborating closely with the store manager to maintain high standards and team motivation.
