Job Overview
A taxi dispatch operator serves as the vital communication link coordinating between passengers seeking rides and the taxi drivers available to fulfill those requests. The key duties involve receiving trip bookings, allocating taxis to customers based on availability, and overseeing that all journeys are completed promptly without delays.
Key Responsibilities
This role includes managing incoming phone calls, continuously tracking the locations of vehicles, and promptly addressing any issues raised by drivers or riders to maintain service quality.
Work Hours & Compensation
The working schedule is flexible with hours to be determined. The hourly wage for this position is set at £12.71.
