About the Role

We are looking for a driven Tax Accountant to become part of our expanding team at E-Counting Partners Limited. This role involves managing a varied client portfolio including small and medium enterprises, property investors, developers, and professional service firms. You will be responsible for tax compliance, financial reporting, and offering advisory services, ensuring practical and high-quality solutions are delivered. The role requires close collaboration with clients, maintaining a strong focus on their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing taxation compliance for a diverse group of clients.
• Preparing accurate financial reports aligned with client business structures.
• Providing insightful business advisory to enhance client outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience within New Zealand’s public practice environment.
• In-depth knowledge of New Zealand taxation laws and compliance regulations.
• Strong skills in financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and client-focused approach to work.
