Job description

Company Overview

Ambrook supports family-owned American businesses in becoming more profitable and sustainable. As these operators face challenges from market volatility and climate change, Ambrook rebuilds the financial systems they depend on by replacing outdated paperwork with modern accounting, banking, and spending tools. This enables business owners to showcase financial viability to lenders and future generations, empowering informed investments in their operations.

Backed by prominent investors, Ambrook is a Series A startup seeking early team members to innovate at the crossroads of American industry, climate, and economy.

Position Summary

This role involves designing and developing autonomous recruitment systems that manage sourcing, follow-ups, tracking, and reporting automatically. By automating these processes, recruiting teams gain more time to focus on meaningful conversations and evaluating candidate fit, creating a more human-centric hiring approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop self-operating systems that execute sourcing and candidate engagement cycles, improving effectiveness through ongoing learning and targeted follow-ups.
  • Automate data enrichment and preparation to provide hiring teams with comprehensive candidate context before interactions.
  • Implement pipeline monitoring and reporting tools to identify negative recruitment trends promptly.
  • Create network cultivation mechanisms that timely capture talent engagement opportunities, such as work anniversaries or team changes.

Candidate Profile

The role is suited for individuals with backgrounds such as recruiters or sourcers who have developed custom automation, recruiting or talent operations professionals focused on data-driven recruiting systems, or engineers who transitioned into recruitment and seek to optimize hiring processes. Key attributes include building with AI to enhance workflows, system-level thinking, meticulous data management, technical understanding to communicate effectively with developers, and adaptability in shaping an evolving function.

Experience with LinkedIn and platforms like Juicebox, Metaview, Pin, or Gem, as well as sourcing in fintech, GTM, or early-stage startups, is advantageous.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Health insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • Adaptable working hours
  • Workstation availability at Ambrook's offices in NYC, San Francisco, or Denver
  • Wellness and professional development stipends

Company Values

  • Foster honest communication and accountability.
  • Embrace curiosity and empathy to understand customers and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate proactive resourcefulness in identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • Systematically address major risks faced by the company.
  • Create aligned incentives benefiting the company, customers, and the environment.
