Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist position is integral to the human resources department, focusing on appropriately staffing the organization with qualified personnel. This role involves collaborating closely with management to determine staffing needs and filling those openings effectively. It requires overseeing the full employee recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding while aligning recruitment efforts with the long-term objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies targeting both active and passive candidates using various methods, such as online platforms, cold calling, and employee referrals.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process for consultants on H-1B visas, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all regulations and guidelines related to H-1B visa employment.
• Engage with applicants by determining requirements, preparing job postings, screening resumes, and conducting candidate outreach.
• Continuously develop and employ advanced sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent pools.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Collaborate effectively with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to clarify role necessities and expectations.
• Conduct initial screening and telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Possess familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Oracle Applications and SAP, which is considered an advantage though not mandatory.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, professionalism, patience, and teamwork orientation.
