About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager is essential in maintaining organizational vitality by identifying, hiring, and developing exceptional talent. This position supports the HR team with recruiting and human resources initiatives, offering a valuable growth opportunity within a leading apparel manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across all company levels.
- Innovate sourcing and talent pipeline strategies to attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
- Serve as a reliable talent acquisition advisor to company leaders.
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand business needs, anticipate future hiring demands, and provide recruiting solutions and training resources.
- Monitor the talent market continuously, ensuring recruitment practices comply with current labor laws.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to optimize the onboarding experience for new employees.
- Conduct workshops to improve hiring quality and ensure alignment with best practices.
- Utilize talent data analytics to guide recruitment decisions and strategies.
- Contribute to professional branding efforts, portraying company culture effectively and advising Executives on social engagement through platforms like LinkedIn.
- Enhance candidate and internal interviewing and hiring experiences.
- Partner with the Senior Director of Talent Management on internal training and recruitment initiatives.
- Manage bi-annual salary band reviews.
- Evaluate job descriptions and requirements to ensure inclusivity and reduce bias.
- Provide quarterly reports, insights, and analysis on recruitment and hiring activities to the Vice President of HR.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data within the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, including a minimum of 2 years in an agency setting.
- Strong expertise in talent assessment with a focus on behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Proven success in sourcing, engaging, and securing talent at multiple organizational levels.
- Experience leveraging talent market insights and data to inform decisions.
- Adaptability to evolving business needs and situations.
- Highly organized and self-driven with the ability to independently handle tasks and track outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex tasks and work independently.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary begins at $100,000 and varies according to experience. This salary range does not include the full benefits package, which will be discussed during the interview process with the Human Resources team.
