Student Care Teacher

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Student Care Teacher to implement educational programs aligned with the centre's philosophy, guiding primary school students from Primary 1 to 6 through their daily homework and fostering their overall development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructional programs as per organizational policies and frameworks.
• Support primary students in completing daily homework assignments.
• Maintain detailed records of each child's learning progress and tailor support to individual educational needs.
• Prepare and manage teaching materials and maintain an organized, engaging classroom environment.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with children and their parents.
• Conduct enrichment activities to enhance learning experiences.
• Ensure safe and timely transfer of students from their schools to the student care centre and maintain child safety on premises.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Centre Director.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in teaching core primary subjects: English, Mathematics, Science, and Mandarin.
• Strong communication abilities and effective classroom management skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to grow alongside the organization.
• Creative, compassionate, and positive in approach.
