Role Overview

The Operations team at Revolut focuses on solving large-scale challenges efficiently and creatively. They build systems that enable growth and streamline processes. We are currently recruiting a Strategy & Operations Manager to help drive global expansion and operational excellence by spearheading high-impact initiatives that enhance customer experience and scale infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and refining scalable workflows to support Revolut's rapid growth trajectory.
• Leading execution of essential infrastructure projects across the organization.
• Prioritizing initiatives strategically and setting timelines to achieve swift results.
• Identifying and implementing new features aimed at seamless customer interactions.
• Overseeing critical vendor partnerships and establishing systems to monitor performance.
• Forming strategic supply chain alliances and negotiating commercial agreements.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a minimum 2:1 degree from a reputable university.
• At least two years of professional experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Practical programming proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
• Proven ability to manage and lead complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong analytical aptitude for decomposing complex problems into manageable components.
• Enthusiasm for working with data to drive decision-making.
• Innate curiosity and a drive to make meaningful impacts.
• Interest in the financial technology or banking sector.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or banking industries.
• Prior involvement in launching banking products.
