Role Overview

We are seeking a Strategy Manager with expertise in healthcare and life sciences to lead pivotal projects within our client portfolio. The role involves generating ideas, diagnosing problems, gathering insights, and shaping strategic plans from inception to completion. You'll be responsible for defining project scopes, building analytical frameworks, developing deliverables, and working closely with multifunctional client teams to ensure alignment throughout engagements.

Interacting directly with senior executives, you will rapidly grasp their needs and translate them into actionable strategies, establishing credibility to secure stakeholder buy-in. Collaborating with company leaders, you will help craft key recommendations and solutions, contributing insights and demonstrating leadership through mentorship and careful refinement of final outputs to maintain the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit).
• Intellectual curiosity demonstrated through formal education in STEM, business, humanities, design, or equivalent self-learning experiences.
• 5 to 10 years’ professional background in management consulting, strategic roles, industry, or organizational transformation, ideally connected to healthcare.
• Proven facilitation skills including leading workshops, steering collaborative sessions, and managing diverse groups toward outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with modern collaboration platforms.
• Possession of a valid passport and willingness to travel occasionally within the Greater Toronto Area, North America, and Europe.

Recruitment Process

The selection involves an initial 30-45 minute virtual interview, followed by a 60-minute virtual panel interview, and concluding with a face-to-face meeting in Toronto. Reference checks will precede any job offer. Communication will be clear and timely throughout the process.
