Role Summary

The company seeks experienced STP & ETP Operators skilled in daily operation and upkeep of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) at various sites throughout Gujarat.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate essential plant equipment such as pumps, blowers, aerators, and chemical dosing machinery.
• Continuously monitor vital parameters including pH, Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Mixed Liquor Suspended Solids (MLSS), and flow rates to ensure treated water complies with Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) regulations.
• Maintain detailed daily logs and manage shift handover documentation.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance, lubrication, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functioning of plant equipment.
• Detect faults promptly and coordinate repairs with technical staff.
• Oversee chemical inventory and dosing accuracy aligned with process requirements.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, utilize personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain cleanliness on site.
• Guarantee compliance with environmental standards laid out by GPCB, GWSSB, and client-specific guidelines.
• Provide support during plant inspections, audits, and commissioning phases.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 1 to 5 years of relevant experience operating STP/ETP plants.
• ITI or Diploma qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical disciplines are preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and process control systems.
• Ability to interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) and comprehend process flows.

Job Requirements

• Physically fit to endure shift patterns and perform site duties.
• Willingness and ability to travel across various project locations throughout Gujarat.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging approximately between INR 18,000 and INR 35,000, depending on experience.
