Job Overview
We are looking for a diligent Store Supervisor to manage inventory and ensure smooth daily operations in our Hyderabad location. This role involves overseeing stock control, order packing, and maintaining quality standards to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage inventory comprising both FMCG and fresh Fruits & Vegetables.
- Ensure timely packing and dispatch of all orders from the hub to meet delivery schedules.
- Apply First In First Out (FIFO) and Last In First Out (LIFO) methods during stock stacking to prevent product expiry.
- Complete Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) on the same day to minimize product out-of-stock situations.
- Monitor and control product waste and shrinkage, maintaining these within the budgetary limits.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) during order packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
