About the Role
Step into the role of Store Manager at Rituals UK & Ireland, where your proactive leadership and enthusiasm for people will directly impact the success of the store and boost team morale. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, motivating your team, and driving sales growth in the Sligo location.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will collaborate closely with your Area Manager to implement local business strategies and continuously meet performance goals. Leading with example, you will coach your team to offer excellent customer service, set daily targets, and manage store operations including inventory and administration. Supporting employee wellbeing and engagement through regular one-on-one meetings and recognizing team achievements will also be a vital part of your duties.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or comparable role in retail or hospitality.

- Experience in training others and encouraging positive behavioral changes.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
