Key Responsibilities

• Motivate your team and foster a positive work environment to ensure excellent customer experiences and smooth internal processes.
• Recognize individual talents and potentials within your team and support their growth through tailored training programs.
• Coordinate and manage all internal store operations to meet budgetary and company objectives efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with the Merchandising team to implement brand standards, optimize sales floor presentation, and maximize revenue.
• Utilize in-house technology and operational guidelines to maintain effective merchandise flow and showcase products optimally.
• Lead by example as a customer service and company culture ambassador.

Candidate Profile

• Comfortable working with numbers and able to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) with strong analytical skills.
• Empathetic leadership style that identifies team needs and motivates members to excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities to handle diverse and challenging situations effectively.
• Several years of experience in retail leadership roles, enabling quick adaptation to internal processes and systems.
• Deep passion and knowledge of current fashion trends and designers.
• Fluent communication in both German and English to work effectively with an international team.
