Store Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our hospitality outlet in Pune, Maharashtra. This role involves managing billing, order coordination, customer service, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing and payments accurately, including cash, UPI, card, and digital transactions.
• Generate bills using the POS system ensuring correct pricing and maintain daily cash balance and reporting.
• Monitor stock levels at opening and closing and prepare day-end reports.
• Coordinate customer orders effectively, communicating with kitchen staff and managing takeaway and delivery billing systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, assisting with menu inquiries, resolving basic complaints and maintaining fast service during busy periods.
• Maintain cashier drawer integrity and avoid discrepancies, prepare sales reports at day end, and adhere to company SOPs including billing and refund processes.
• Promote upselling of additional products to enhance sales.
• Ensure cleanliness at billing areas and compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Follow brand policies and store regulations consistently.
• Lead and manage store staff to achieve operational excellence.

Additional Information

• Monthly salary range is 18000 to 22000 INR.
