Store Manager - Jewellery

About the Role

We are looking to appoint a skilled Store Manager to lead the operations at a premium jewellery boutique located in Barwa Village, Qatar. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of 22K and 18K gold as well as diamond jewellery, demonstrating leadership and operational excellence in high-end retail settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store activities to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Lead, encourage, and coach the sales team to consistently achieve and surpass sales goals.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and ensure the store presentation meets brand standards.
• Oversee inventory management to keep optimal stock levels and ensure accuracy.
• Address customer issues professionally to foster loyalty and retention.
• Prepare and analyze store performance reports, including KPIs and workflow management.
• Uphold company policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with the Head Office on marketing campaigns, promotions, and operational updates.

Requirements

• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in jewellery retail, including 2 to 3 years in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager position.
• Preference given to those with previous experience at Tanishq or Titan.
• Strong background in retailing gold jewellery, diamonds, or traditional gold products.
• Experience in the GCC region or managing high-volume jewellery outlets is advantageous.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and engaging with diverse clientele.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi and/or other regional languages is a plus.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
