Store Manager - Industrial Automation

Nexus Automation Solutions, established in 2007, specializes in delivering value-added Industrial Automation solutions by collaborating with globally recognized companies and products. The company is hiring a Store Manager for their Coimbatore location.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the receipt and proper storage of materials ensuring storage protocols are followed.
• Manage ERP-based inventory control maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
• Implement and monitor inventory methods such as FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) to maintain stock quality.
• Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to optimize inventory.
• Collaborate closely with procurement and dispatch departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise and manage the store team's activities ensuring discipline and efficiency.
• Enforce adherence to safety protocols and housekeeping standards in the store area.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Computer Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, or related Electronics fields.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in inventory management including ERP software usage.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation components and manufacturing environment.
• Experience in implementing inventory methodologies like FIFO and FEFO.
• Good communication skills with fluency in English; additional knowledge of Tamil is advantageous.
• Team leadership and supervisory capabilities.
