Stocking 1 Team Associate

Position Overview

This role involves providing high-quality customer service by performing assigned stocking duties efficiently. The role requires accurately stocking picks and new merchandise in a safe and tidy environment while collaborating with team members to plan and carry out tasks based on workload and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous and friendly customer service by greeting shoppers, promoting products and services, assisting with merchandise location and purchase decisions, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary.
• Assess workload within designated store areas to optimize task completion.
• Sign merchandise accurately and maintain correct modular setups with proper shelf capacity.
• Process merchandise and work with CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Utilize appropriate fixtures, tools, and supplies to complete assigned tasks safely and effectively.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, including conducting safety sweep logs and securing displays and fixtures.
• Prepare the backroom area for efficient stock unloading activities.

Compensation

The starting hourly pay for this position is $17.75 CAD.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
