- Develop and maintain integrated schedules, proactively addressing risks and dependencies to ensure timely, quality delivery.
- Facilitate essential meetings such as kickoffs, status updates, executive briefs, and post-mortems to enable decision-making and identify blockers.
- Coordinate and align goals among diverse teams including Product, Engineering, Creative, Design, Analytics, Legal, as well as external agencies and partners.
- Create and refine efficient processes, templates, and tools that enhance documentation, transparency, and scalable execution.
- Monitor program performance metrics and work with analytics to derive insights that inform future plans and workflows.
- Coach teams in program management best practices to improve execution quality across related projects.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in directing complex, multi-workstream programs within fast-moving consumer technology or similar fields, managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Expertise in campaign project planning, timelines, and multiple simultaneous program management with calmness and clarity.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to simplify complexity, influence decision-making, and work across organizational levels without direct authority.
- Ability to introduce structure in ambiguous contexts and establish effective scalable systems and rituals.
- Data-driven approach to defining goals and using outcome metrics to guide next actions.
- Proficient with project management platforms like Asana, Jira, and Google Workspace, emphasizing thorough documentation.
- Experienced in guiding cross-channel marketing or product launches alongside Brand/Creative teams and external collaborators, navigating priorities to uphold standards and deadlines.
- Resident in or able to work onsite in New York City with willingness to travel up to 15% for work-related activities.
- Background in managing contractors and freelancers, setting precise expectations around scope, timelines, budgets, and quality.
Additional Desired Experience
- Experience in people management including recruitment, development, and performance management of full-time and freelance program managers.
- Coordination experience of multi-market or multi-team launches involving localization and external partnerships.
- Proven ability to implement enduring lightweight decision-making frameworks, retrospectives, and routines across teams.
- History of integrating multiple program management tracks into cohesive portfolios.
- Expertise overseeing agencies and freelance teams for integrated brand campaigns.
- Skills in enhancing adjacent teams' execution through coaching, tools, and templates beyond direct program ownership.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a competitive base salary in the range of $152,000 to $228,000 USD, supplemented by equity compensation. Final salary depends on experience, skills, and internal parity. Comprehensive benefits support employee well-being.
