Responsibilities

• Provide assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for speech, language, and swallowing disorders within patients' homes.
• Collaborate effectively with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Travel to various home locations to deliver personalized speech therapy services.
• Work flexible hours between 09:00 am and 06:00 pm.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy is mandatory; a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least one year of prior experience in a home health setting is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Empathy, patience, and adaptability in working with diverse patient populations.

Work Environment

The role involves providing care in patients' residences, necessitating travel and flexible scheduling. Speech Therapists are integral members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
