Specialty Coffee Barista

Role Overview

Mina Excellence is seeking a motivated Specialty Coffee Barista who is enthusiastic about craft coffee, maintains high preparation standards, and contributes to a memorable guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and present specialty coffee drinks in line with defined quality expectations.
• Set up, operate, and fine-tune espresso machines and coffee grinders each day.
• Craft manual brewing drinks such as V60, Chemex, Cold Brew, and other specialty coffee recipes.
• Track extraction performance and tweak recipes to produce the best possible cup quality.
• Share information with customers about coffee origins, tasting notes, and brewing approaches.
• Keep the coffee station, tools, and work area clean, tidy, and well organized.
• Support stock tracking and communicate supply needs when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on background in specialty coffee is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of espresso extraction, grinder setup, and coffee brewing methods.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Interest in growing skills and knowledge within the specialty coffee field.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
