About the role
This position focuses on supporting Learning Strategy activities through hands-on coordination across several learning programs. The role includes managing schedules, systems, communications, content updates, and materials, while also handling administrative work and contributing to special projects. It suits someone highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable balancing stakeholder needs, able to offer practical solutions, and effective in both team settings and independent work.
Key responsibilities
- Help roll out multiple training initiatives for employees.
- Support learning sessions and facilitation efforts to help deliver a positive, engaging, and consistent learner experience.
- Prepare program communications and communication plans for key initiatives.
- Contribute to measuring program impact, including survey review and ROI analysis.
- Administer sessions, registrations, and attendance through TakeOff (Cornerstone), the company learning management system.
- Coordinate logistics for program participants, external consultants, and faculty.
- Handle administrative duties such as ordering supplies, processing invoices, maintaining data, and organizing files.
- Assist with meeting and event coordination, including materials preparation, group lunch orders, attendee confirmation, and virtual meeting setup.
- Support additional ad hoc projects as required.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% when needed.
- Strong to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience using a learning management system, ideally Cornerstone or another web-based LMS.
- Background in task or program management.
- Experience supporting employee training.
- Ability to solve problems effectively.
- Experience managing stakeholders.
- Experience in learning and development, including designing and/or facilitating programs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
- Completion of the interview process is required to meet the job qualifications.
Preferred qualifications
- Understanding of generative AI tools and their strengths and limitations, with the ability to use them responsibly for research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving while applying critical thinking and following organizational rules for AI, privacy, and security.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team.
- Good analytical thinking ability.
Compensation and benefits
The base pay range for this role is $66,500 to $86,616 per year. Pay depends on job-related factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position may also qualify for bonus pay and/or long-term incentive compensation.
