Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned procurement expert to fill the role of Sourcing Specialist - Indirect, specializing in Corporate Real Estate and Business Services. This is a 12-month contract position located in Dublin, offering a daily rate with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage indirect sourcing activities within a large multinational environment.
- Lead sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management for Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, and Business Services agreements.
- Oversee the complete sourcing lifecycle, including running RFP processes, conducting contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Utilize e-procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba to facilitate sourcing operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years' experience in indirect sourcing within a large multinational corporation.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiating and managing contracts related to Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, and Business Services.
- Proficient with end-to-end sourcing processes including RFPs and contract governance.
- Experience working with SAP Ariba or comparable e-procurement systems.
- Must have the legal right to work in Ireland, as visa sponsorship is not available.
