Role Overview

This role is pivotal in steering the strategic direction of Oracle Cloud SCM Procure to Pay (P2P) systems, ensuring business goals align with advanced technological solutions. The Solutions Architect will collaborate with supply chain teams to design efficient solutions, leverage the latest Oracle Cloud innovations such as AI, ML, and RPA, and oversee application delivery and support at the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect robust Oracle Cloud SCM P2P solutions utilizing cutting-edge Oracle Cloud features, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional groups, translating supply chain and IT requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Offer deep expertise across Oracle Cloud SCM applications including Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Procurement, Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, Inventory Management, Product Information Management, and knowledge of Accounts Payable processes.
• Drive innovation and identify opportunities for process enhancements leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities.
• Support change management to facilitate seamless adoption of new systems and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and mitigate risks related to Oracle SCM P2P applications.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 10 years of Oracle Cloud experience with at least 6 years focused on Oracle SCM Procurement.
• 10 to 15 years overall experience, including 8+ years implementing SCM solutions, particularly Oracle Cloud SCM P2P.
• Strong grasp of SCM applications and supply chain operational best practices including reporting aspects.
• Proven ability in solving complex problems strategically and leading major projects with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Oracle Cloud certifications related to Supply Chain modules are advantageous.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud SCM with other enterprise systems.
• Understanding of supply chain regulations and compliance reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.

Work Conditions and Location

Position based in Hyderabad or Bengaluru with working hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
