Role Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer, you will be integral in developing the main product that thousands of professional product teams rely on to prototype and launch innovations. This position demands full ownership—from comprehending user challenges and formulating solutions, to executing across the full technology stack and delivering to production. Collaboration is key, but so is having well-informed viewpoints, swift adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail that elevates user experience.

Work Environment

We operate primarily in-person in Sydney at our Surry Hills office, valuing the dynamic and educational aspects of working closely within a young, passionate team. There is flexibility to work remotely occasionally as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver customer-facing features from initial conception through deployment effectively.
Comfortably handle system design, infrastructure, product-related decisions, and implementation nuances.
Influence engineering architecture and technology stack choices.
Participate actively in shaping product strategy and roadmap discussions.
