Role Summary
We are seeking a Software Engineer specialized in E-Commerce to join our client’s team on a full-time remote basis. This role demands building scalable backend systems, enhancing algorithms, and collaborating with various teams to deliver efficient, reliable solutions that support real-time experiences worldwide.
Main Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and sustain scalable backend services within distributed system environments.
- Produce clean, performant, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and thorough testing protocols.
- Enhance system efficiency by profiling, debugging, and implementing advanced algorithmic solutions.
- Engage in code assessments, architectural planning, and technical design meetings.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineering peers to successfully deploy product features.
Qualifications
- Strong coding skills in languages such as Go, Python, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems architecture, microservices, or cloud-native applications.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases alongside performance tuning expertise.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design concepts.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
