About the Role

WinWin Training by Dr Amol Mourya is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting compelling content and fostering vibrant online communities. This full-time position is based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, and requires working from the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies to elevate brand visibility.
• Produce engaging and diverse content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Oversee social media calendars and coordinate campaign schedules effectively.
• Drive growth in brand recognition and enhance audience interaction.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics to refine tactics.
• Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to align messaging and visuals.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 2 to 3 years of practical experience managing social media channels.
• Demonstrate excellent proficiency in content creation and strong communication abilities.
• Have hands-on familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
• Experience with Meta Ads and social media analytics is beneficial.
• Exhibit creativity along with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
