Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Executive to join our team full time, primarily based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. This role involves managing various social media profiles and driving brand engagement through creative and strategic content planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Develop, write, and schedule compelling posts, reels, and stories that engage the audience.
• Create captions, generate relevant hashtags, and maintain content calendars.
• Collaborate closely with design and video editing teams to produce creative content.
• Engage with followers by monitoring interactions, responding to comments and messages, and working to expand the brand's online presence.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and compile comprehensive reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience in social media management.
• Proficient with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn platforms.
• Basic familiarity with design tools such as Canva and social media management software like Meta Business Suite.
• Strong communication abilities paired with creative problem-solving skills.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 12,000 to 15,000 INR.
