Site Supervisor – Signage

Overview

Classic Signages Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced candidates for the position of Site Supervisor in the signage production department. This role involves meticulous site supervision and coordination at various locations across India.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise site measurements and document them accurately.
• Compile and submit measurement data in the specified format.
• Share measurement details and ensure approvals before leaving the site.
• Maintain consistent presence at all active execution sites.
• Check materials against the Bill of Materials, confirming quantities and availability on site.
• Report any shortages or missing items to supervisors on the first day at the site.
• Prepare and submit morning and evening daily work progress reports.
• Handle all site documentation and formalities daily.
• Capture and share photographs of the site before work begins and after completion, including application areas and installations.
• Collect any couriered materials or documents promptly from courier locations as dispatched by the office.
• Notify seniors at least three days in advance prior to site handover for proper arrangement.
• Address queries from site officers concerning work executed.
• Manage and coordinate scaffolding transfers between sites and factory.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication skills with proficient phone handling.
• Willingness to travel throughout India.
• Ability to stay at site locations from 1 up to 30 days continuously.
• Comfortable traveling by bus and train to reach site locations.
