About the Role
We are looking for a competent Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the civil, structural, and architectural aspects of a distinguished hotel construction project. This position requires comprehensive supervision from initial planning through to execution, quality assurance, and adherence to safety protocols to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily construction site activities ensuring adherence to quality standards and maintaining safety protocols.
- Analyze blueprints and technical specifications to ensure they meet the project's design criteria and standards.
- Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, engineers, and on-site teams to facilitate seamless operations.
- Track project timelines, oversee scheduling, and coordinate material procurement requirements.
- Implement and uphold Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies; report any incidents in accordance with company guidelines.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of site operations, including attendance, materials usage, and progress updates.
- Assess team members' performance and take corrective measures when needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
- At least five years of construction experience, with a minimum of three years in hotel or high-rise building projects.
- Experience within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with ERP software, preferably SAP, is necessary.
- Strong ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and related documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
