Role Overview
This role involves overseeing and implementing daily construction operations at the project site, ensuring all work complies with approved architectural, structural, and MEP plans alongside quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily construction tasks on-site.
- Verify that all activities align with detailed drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Interpret and apply architectural, structural, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) blueprints correctly for precise execution.
Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants will have accumulated between 2 to 5 years of experience within the real estate sector, particularly in managing the complete cycle from foundation to handover for at least one residential apartment building project.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech or B.E.) in Civil Engineering or possess a diploma in Civil Engineering.
