Job Overview
This role involves conducting valuation assessments of residential, commercial, and industrial properties located in and around Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for performing thorough site inspections to evaluate property conditions, take measurements, and verify compliance with applicable standards.
Key Duties
- Perform detailed site visits to evaluate and collect data on various properties.
- Compile comprehensive technical reports on property valuations using field observations and market information.
- Ensure precise documentation and maintain strict adherence to established valuation procedures and methodologies.
Additional Information
- Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory for transportation during site visits.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software is required to prepare and manage reports.
