Job description

Role Overview

Become part of our Sunshine Coast Pipe Crew specialising in constructing and finishing sewer manholes for subdivision projects. Your duties will include benching sewer manholes, pouring in-situ manhole necks, and contributing to the delivery of superior quality stormwater, sewer, and water infrastructure over long-term local projects alongside a proficient team.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • At least one year of experience in benching both new and existing sewer manholes.
  • Proficiency in pouring in-situ sewer manhole necks.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Current certifications for Confined Space entry and construction industry card.
  • Ability to interpret and work from standard construction drawings and plans.
  • Competence to operate independently, managing a scheduled list of tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail with dedication to quality work output.
  • Team-oriented with effective collaboration skills among site and pipe crew teams.
  • Capability to keep precise daily construction records and comprehensive reporting.
  • Firm commitment to safety practices within the workplace.
