ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Overview

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) invites skilled professionals to join as ServiceNow HRSD Developers at their Trivandrum location. This role plays a vital part in building the foundation of projects by working on HR Service Delivery applications within ServiceNow.

Technical Responsibilities

• Customize and develop ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions including HR Case Management, HR Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center Portal, Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions, Employee Document Management, and Performance Analytics for HR.
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with HR systems such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, and directory services like Active Directory using LDAPs.
• Work with various integration technologies including Web Services, JDBC, and SFTP.
• Develop using JavaScript, Jelly, XML, HTML, CSS, and Web Services for building ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in different phases of testing: unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, and client-specific testing.
• Configure and develop HRSD modules, data imports, and software integrations aligned with ServiceNow best practices and standards.

Behavioral Expectations and Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members including ServiceNow platform administrators and ITSM developers.
• Engage actively in planning meetings such as pre-iteration and retrospectives.
• Be self-driven, detail-oriented, and take ownership of deliverables and code quality.
• Provide training and support to HRSD fulfillers and administration users.

Qualifications and Certifications

• Must have ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in HRSD certifications.
• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Basic understanding of ITIL practices and HRSD processes.
• Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Implementation Specialist ITSM, ITIL V3/V4 foundation, and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with at least 3 years of relevant IT experience post qualification. Only full-time degrees considered.

Additional Information

Interview will be conducted as a walk-in drive on 8th August 2026 in TCS Trivandrum. Candidates must have a valid EP number before attending the interview; registration is required if not already done.

Candidates are required to bring the following in physical form during the interview: latest resume, completed TCS application form, original and photocopy of government ID proof (PAN or Aadhaar), and two passport-sized photographs.
