Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership and oversight of the ServiceNow platform to guarantee optimal performance, scalability, security, and overall platform health.
• Serve as the primary contact for all ServiceNow platform functions, providing consultancy and promoting platform usage across the enterprise.
• Partner closely with the Technical ServiceNow lead to maintain platform integrity, carry out version upgrades, and implement strong security protocols.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that focus on platform stability, enhancing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and elevating the user experience.
• Provide architectural leadership for IT Operations Management (ITOM) components such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Champion application dependency mapping to improve clarity on application infrastructure and interdependencies.
• Formulate and enforce governance policies and best practices for ServiceNow aligned with industry benchmarks and organizational goals.
• Support the development of custom applications and integrations, ensuring workflows and automation meet business requirements.
• Manage MID Server deployment to secure and streamline communication for integration and discovery purposes.
• Promote the use of advanced ServiceNow functionalities like Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Performance Analytics.
• Mentor cross-functional teams to create sustainable and effective ServiceNow solutions.

Essential Experience

• Over 8 years of practical ServiceNow experience with a primary focus on architecture and platform ownership.
• Strong expertise in ITOM, including substantial use of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and Application Dependency Mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and enhance platform stability, CMDB integrity, and scalability.
