Service Engineer - Air Compressor

Job Location and Role Overview

This position is based in Ghana, where the Service Engineer will play a key role in supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise and advocating for air compressor products.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform timely maintenance and servicing on customer compressed air systems, including equipment from competitors.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on air compressor units, focusing on Ingersoll-Rand and competitor products.
• Conduct installation and commissioning of new compressed air equipment at customer sites.
• Execute installation tasks as required.
• Provide customer training on proper operation of Ingersoll-Rand compressed air machinery.
• Identify and source spare parts necessary for service orders encountered during daily activities.
• Maintain strict adherence to Health and Safety guidelines while working on customer premises.
• Uphold high engineering standards during all service and installation duties.
