Senior Travel Consultant

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Travel Consultant specialized in international travel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of both international and domestic travel segments including Group Inclusive Tours (GIT) and Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE).

Key Responsibilities

• Expertise across varied travel domains such as international trips and domestic GIT/MICE arrangements.
• Coordinate efficiently with hotels, transportation providers, and other vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage visa documentation processes with good proficiency.
• Prepare group costings and craft detailed itineraries.
• Conduct negotiations for flight, hotel, and transport bookings to secure best deals.
• Plan trips comprehensively by creating group itineraries for both domestic and international destinations including tours, accommodation, and transportation.
• Possess strong understanding of domestic and international travel packages and itinerary designs.
• Oversee end-to-end operational logistics such as flight reservations, hotel bookings, visa processing, and local transportation management.
• Be willing to accompany groups as a Tour Leader when required, facilitating smooth travel experience.
