Overview
We are seeking a Senior Telesales Associate based in Sarita Vihar, Delhi-NCR. Candidates with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience will be considered for this role focused on driving membership sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to both potential and existing clients to promote BharatMatrimony's premium membership offerings.
- Assess customer requirements to suggest the most appropriate membership plans.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion ratios.
- Address client inquiries with high-quality service and support.
- Accurately document client interactions and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system regularly.
- Persistently follow up on leads to optimize conversion rates.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate in any field of study.
- Between two to five years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing roles.
- Strong communication skills combined with effective negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Motivated by targets and maintains a customer-first approach.
- Basic proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
